Jon Jeffery joined Hummingbird Technologies in 2016 as President and CEO and he oversees the company vision and strategies, establishing a strong portfolio across all client segments.

Prior to joining Hummingbird Technologies, Jon served as Aerospace Group Director at Parker Hannifin Corporation and as Unit Chief at Boeing – Military, participating in the development of Fuel, Landing Gear, Hydraulic and Flight Control Systems for both military and commercial aircraft. Jon is a seasoned leader in the areas of systems engineering, program management, and business and process development. Jon also served at Chairman of SAE A-6 committee, Aerospace Actuation, Control, and Fluid Power Systems from 2008 – 2015.

Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI. and earned his Masters of Science in Engineering Management from Washington University, St Louis, MO.

Brian Barker

Brian Barker joined Hummingbird Technologies in 2015 as Vice President of Engineering and he currently oversees all the engineering services activities.

Prior to joining Hummingbird Technologies, Brian served as Director and VP of Engineering at major aerospace/defense companies including Goodrich, Moog and Northrup Grumman and is a seasoned leader in the areas of systems, software, mechanical and electronics engineering. Brian is an industry design authority in the domains of aerospace hydraulics, flight controls, and power systems with particular expertise in failure investigation and root cause/corrective action.

Brian earned his Bachelor’s in Engineering Science from IOWA State University. and earned his Masters in Piano Performance State University of New York, Fredonia, NY. Brian currently serves as panel chairman for the international SAE A-6B2 committee for Electrohydrostatic Actuation.

Mahesh V. Kumar

Mahesh Kumar co-founded Hummingbird Technologies in 2016. Prior to founding Hummingbird Technologies, Mahesh Co-founded TF Avionics Solutions (ThoughtFocus subsidiary) in 2014 and he also served as Area Sales Director at HCL America Inc till 2014, a 2,500 employee Aerospace engineering group with global state-of-the-art research and development centers. He and his team assisted major OEM’s and Tier 1 suppliers in design, development and certification of airborne embedded systems that provided enhanced capabilities such as situational awareness, precision guidance and Navigation.

Mahesh has earned his Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from University of Mysore, India.

Ramesh Tidke

Head of India Operations

Ramesh Tidke joined Hummingbird Technologies in 2016 as Head of India Operations and he currently oversees the India delivery and operations.

Prior to joining Hummingbird Technologies, Ramesh served as VP, Integrated Engineering Services at Hical Technologies, Bangalore. He also served HCL Technologies for 12 years and was instrumental in building Aerospace vertical in HCL. He also served HAL and BAeHAL Software in various capacities. He comes with very good experience in Avionics systems software/product development lifecycle, System level appreciation of issues and sound knowledge of Safety Critical Standards such as RTCA / DO-178 B, DOD-STD-2167A and their applications to Software. He also actively participated in ISO, CMM, CMMI and AS9100 certification/assessment.

Ramesh has earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Power from Nagpur University and Masters of Engineering in Aerospace from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India.
